Twitter parser shows error about joining &twitter when reconnecting

When reconnecting to a twitter server, the core tries to auto-rejoin its channels, and requests that the twitter parser join &twitter. This results in an error message:

01:48:49 | &twitter: Cannot join channel - name is not valid, or you are already there.

Join requests for &twitter should be silently discarded instead of raising this error.
