Description
When editing an action whose trigger doesn't have any arguments (so there aren't many substitutions), the subs panel gets rendered strangely with a gap after the first row of substitutions.
Collapsing and expanding the advanced panel makes the gap get gradually bigger for a while then reset to a small size.
